You can order online or order by phoning us and here is how to do it easily and quickly.
Order Online securely – choose fast Secure Credit or Debit Card payments with PayPal – you do not need an account!
The Swim Boutique team take your Internet security and speed of checkout very seriously and we use PayPal to process all payments on this site, quickly and securely, using the world’s leading Internet technology providers. You do not need an account; you simply use their card processing option.

Order History – View your history of purchases that you have made with us.

Order by Phone
Simply call 0113 209 5705 and Ann-Marie, who will be able to help answer any product queries you may have, will take your order by phone and send you a Paypal invoice via e-mail which you then pay by card in the usual way. We are happy to advise on a choice of swimsuit, bikini or tankini, and we will be honest about the suitability of specific styles or colours. If your purchase is a gift then we will do our very best to advise you on the most appropriate style and size but please remember to allow enough time for your choice and for dispatch before a special occasion or maybe use the fast delivery option.
Returns and Exchange
Try it on at home. If it does not fit simply return the item for a full value of goods refund or easy exchange.
Any item may be returned anytime within 14 days from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange. All that is needed is that the item(s) remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact, including the gusset protector.
So if it does not fit, the item is not quite what you wanted or you have just changed your mind, don’t worry! Just simply send it back.
Please simply return any purchase with the return form and the posting bag provided with the delivery. Please use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Please remember to fill in the returns or exchange form as it will make it quicker to find your order and exchange it or process the refund. If you would like to exchange the item for another size or colour, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can make sure that we put the item on one side for you.

Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
As with most online retailers goods returned after 14 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card although we do make every effort to credit returns as soon as they are received. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.

Special delivery instructions
Enter any special delivery instructions using our checkout delivery instruction box at checkout such as delivery to work or a friend, and unique instructions for the courier. Please note that next day deliveries will require a signature for your reassurance. You can have your parcel delivered to your work address, home address or another address, a perfect option for sending gifts to a friend or family. We can include a special card or message; simply send us a note by e-mail to make sure the message is just what you want.
